tabber, скрипт вкладок, помогите с куками

Проблема:
Интернет-магазин, меню, в меню две вкладки производители и категории товаров. При первом входе в магазин загружается вкладка категории. Скажем я выбрал вкладку производители, далее нажал на конкретного производителя - загрузилась страница. Опа! и мы снова во вкладке категории, а не производители. Я нашел вариант с куки, он работает отлично внутри одной вкладки или по выбору другой вкладки, но не ссылкам во вкладке. При выборе другой вкладки (не той что находишься в данный момент) и скажем выборе категории создается новая сессия куки. Очень прошу помощи. Сам скрипт в архиве, там же куки екзепл.
