We are looking for a professional web developer to join our team in Helsinki.

Your job is to provide expertise for developing & maintaining our website. You will work in a cross-functional team that focuses on delivering a superior user experience and finding innovative ways to grow and activate our user community.

Requirements

- Relevant university level degree and at least 2 years working experience on web/software development.

- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. You will score additional points with any of the following: Drupal, MySQL, Perl, C++, Android, iOS, or Windows programming

- Ability to deliver results quickly

- Extensive interest in Internet safety, rating systems, and new trends in the online world

- Team working skills

- Proficiency in English

The position is located at our HQ in Helsinki. Company may help with relocation to Helsinki.

Salary - starts from 3000 EUR (exact salary will be agreed during offer's negotiation)

В некоторых компаниях за публичное разглашение ЗП могут уволить.

А на этом форуме за неуказанную з/п могут удалить тему) Тем более что я не представляю, чтобы hr-менеджера могли уволить за то, что он указал в вакансии зарплату... Это было бы как-то странно)

Я написал ему, если выяснится, что он не может указать з/п в силу веских причин, то я не стану ничего делать.

Зарплату добавил, спасибо за наводку. Хотя в Финляндии и не принято в основном публиковать ее размер в объявлениях.

Конечная величина обсуждается на собеседовании.

У многих в трудовых договорах это прописано, в т.ч. и у меня.

Это связано с тем, что порой люди сидящие за соседними столами, при одинаковых условиях труда, должностях и опыте работы в компании могут получать совершенно разную зарплату. А устанавливается она как-правило, на собеседовании, индивидуально для каждого кандидата.

Да и HR тоже не всегда в курсе сколько компания может выделить денег на сотрудника, т.к. принимают на работу не они, а руководители подразделений.
