Company Description
InvisibleCRM is a technology provider of tools engineered to increase user adoption and return of investments of CRM applications by seamlessly integrating them into every day’s business workflows. These tools enable users to work with their customer and corporate information without leaving their favorite applications like Microsoft Outlook.
Position Description
You will be a member of 7+ development team and responsible for development, configuration and maintenance of CRM Desktop/SalesDesktop product line, using InvisibleCRM common platform, with primary focus on development of Desktop Application Integrations (Outlook Integration, Lotus Notes Integration, etc).
Note: This position is related to desktop-based development on platform owned and used by InvisibleCRM. It is not related to the creation of HTML layouts, web development or use of web-oriented frameworks (jQuery, Backbone, Node.js,...), however the inside knowledge of how such frameworks are built and extended is highly recommended.
Position Requirements
○ Managing development team (resource planning, allocation, load)
○ Supervising requirements
○ Managing requests for changes
○ Reporting project status to the program management and to the customers
○ Conducting technical sessions with customers
○ At least 2 years of full-time experience in development using modern scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, etc.)
○ Strong analytical thinking and good understanding of enterprise applications architecture.
○ Proven experience of contribution to open-source or closed-source frameworks, writing plugins to those, or development of large applications. Focus on versioning, compatibility, performance, reusable components development, consistency.
○ Proven use of TDD, unit testing.
○ Good JavaScript knowledge is big plus.
○ Experience with XSD, XSL, XML.
○ Understanding of Object Oriented and Component-based design principles.
○ Good communication skills.
○ Self-driven, goal-oriented.
○ Ability to work under tight deadlines.
○ Written and spoken English is a must.
