Проблемы с меню на JS
 

Вобщем проблема такова
Встроил в страницу выпадающее меню на ява и после этого страница не ровняется под браузер а внизу ползунок для прокрутки в бок появился.
Убирал меню всё нормально.
Вот код вообщем , подскажите что не так?!?!?!?!

Только один фиг времени нет по такому количеству кода лазить.

Seed, я не понимаю, где вы находите такие скрипты и кто и когда их пишет, но разбираться в них - это безумие. В крайнем случае, залейте на какой-нибудь хост и выложите ссылку тут, потому что, если честно, я даже не понял в чем проблема.

Проблема с offsetTop
 

Спасибо за функцию в коде которая просчитывает offsetTop достаточно толково и лаконично. Потому как в ИЕ в отличие от др. Броузеров от начала не просчитывает, а только от элемента к элементу.
Я немного урезал:
