а ещё у меня на сервере в файле error_log выдает вот токое сообщение`

PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 16515072) (tried to allocate 544 bytes) in /home/stonesll/public_html/includes/pic.php on line 69

как это исправит. Спасибо всем.

Ошибка вот: Out of memory - для работы скрипта не хватает памяти. Глядя на Ваш pic.php думаю, что производится работа с фото-изображением. При этом процедуры обработки графики могут затребовать больше памяти, чем у Вас определено по-умолчанию на сервeре (16 M). Если памяти реально больше, то в скрипте можно сделать так:

// позволим процессу задействовать большой объем памяти
ini_set("memory_limit","40000K");
