Здраствуйте. Хотел попросить вас помочь в таком деле. Есть скрипт который отвечает за счётчик с помощью data-from u data=to ну я думаю уловили в чем смысл.

Я хочу чтобы отсчет запускался не сразу для всех блоков, а по скролу когда я дошел по странице до определенного блока с счётчиками и он начал считать.
