А что такое вообще, этот Senior уровень, по отношению к JavaScript?

В рамках данной компании Senior уровень предполагает:
* At least 3 years of web development experience
* In depth knowledge of JavaScript, JS frameworks (ExtJS etc)
* Knowledge of web mobile technologies, XML, Flash is an advantage
* Knowledge of client-side/content development tools and Flex
* Understanding of browser capabilities and design constraints on the web
* Good English
* MS in Computer Science or equivalent
