super-php, в логах апача есть что нибудь?
Попробуйте над вашим хостом прописать localhost если он нигде раньше не был прописан.

Читает только так сайт http://test.ru/test.ru/www/ но если ввести просто тест.ру не хочет, в каком месте нужно подправить?

Я его создал, но все равно картина которая выше http://test.ru/test.ru/www/

У вас DocumentRoot ссылаются на одну папку или это для примера?

Нет, как написано выше, такой файл и есть в реале, что там не так?

super-php, поместите test.ru например по пути D:/server/super-php/test.ru/ DocumentRoot "D:/server/super-php/test.ru/" и не забудьте апач перезапустить.
