Последний год мне приходится сутками работать с JS, и книги тут по большей части не причем

Так вы запостите свои впечатления от того, что реально читали - с комментариями что хорошо что плохо и т.п.

Впринципе Вы правы, но в нашем городе книг в магазинах практически нет.
Хотя можно конечно просто на сайтах издательств глянуть.
